Mayscale

I met Joe Mclean doing Zoom improv at Theater Sainte-Catherine. He introduced me to a bunch of his classmates from GBC School Of Design, and it felt so nice to connect with other nice designers after being so isolated. One group member, Lei, had a project called Mayscale where he challenged everyone to make black and white images. This was actually the kick in the butt I needed, and a challenge since my work is normally so colorful. I made a collage every single day and by the end I felt more like myself. Thank you everyone for making me feel so included, it was exactly what I needed at that time in my life.
