Mis Eaves Merch

I always wanted to make sure that the Miss Eaves project had a cohesive image that was fun and playful. In 2014 I went on tour with Wheatus and MC Frontalot before I had any proper CD to sell. I would buy blank CDs from the pound store and burn a mish mash of tracks onto them using Frontalot’s computer. Every morning, I would get off the tour bus, walk to Wetherspoons, use their luxurious bathrooms (that palace has the best public bathrooms in the UK), have some toast and tea, and craft on the tables until load in (sometimes assisted by Joey Slater). I sold the CDs for $5 a pop and the designs were so funny, with things like little robots or wide-mouthed toads.

After I made my first EP, I wanted to make merch that was more polished but still playful. Instead of using plastic jewel cases for Black Valley, I made trapper keepers that I had to hand assemble myself, but it was worth it because ART DARLINGS.

As an only child I am always kind of lonely, so I am always trying to find sly little ways to get other people to play with me. A lot of my merch is games or other interactive pieces. For Feminasty, I made a game pack that has a mad lib and word search, and for SAD I made bingo cards so people could play bingo with me and win prizes.

I love that I work in so many different mediums because there are so many ways to express myself and I can really put together a project with very cohesive visuals.
