Frida

I love Frida’s art, style and life philosophy (the two houses with a bridge is just everything). I wanted to art direct some press shots for my Miss Eaves project, so I had the idea of being Frida. I hand-drew this huge floral mural on my wall and made paper flowers for my hair. Ashley did my makeup and hair and Melissa (F.R.E.E. Collective) took the shots.

I am always trying to whip up something that looks super professional and polished on an amateur budget. I am so lucky to have so many great collaborators around me who also believe in DIY culture and are talented enough to make a really great final product.
